We continue to preserve Chicago’s great houses and their architectural legacy. As builders we appreciate the historical significance of these structures and work closely with the City of Chicago Department of Landmarks to protect them.  Stratum has proudly won 3 awards for our meticulous preservation of landmark homes.

FULL SERVICE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

We build new construction and perform interior and exterior renovations. During this process we ensure that work is performed according to architectural drawings and specifications, within safety regulations, and in line with contract terms, schedule, and budget.  Our daily operations include, but are not limited to, supervising labor, ordering and receiving materials, and constant interaction with client and parties involved.

Process

Stratum manages all construction work in-house. This allows us to oversee every detail and assures that plans, budget, and scheduling are completed to our high standards.  We conduct client meetings throughout the phases of construction to discuss current and future details.  Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we achieve this by communicating clearly and often.
